KeyTec en Brainport Development zijn aanstaande donderdag 11 Mei in Eindhoven de gastheren van een delegatie uit één van de eerste Industry Parks in China, te weten Suzhou New District (“SND”). Philips heeft hier een groot aantal van zijn eerste Chinese activiteiten gevestigd en KeyTec uit Eindhoven zit ook al sinds 2000 in SND.

Zij bezoeken hier onder andere Philips, ASML, High Tech Campus (HTC) and Brainport Industry Campus (BIC) en willen aan het einde van de dag een presentatie geven. Ze hopen met dit bezoek aan Nederland de relaties weer te gaan verstevigen na 3 lange jaren van Covid beperkingen.

"SND is visiting the Netherlands with the aim to RECONNECT and REBUILD the relations with their friends and (future) business partners after the long Covid absence. We can learn from each other and build fruitful cooperation between the many companies in Suzhou/Jiangsu and the Netherlands. SND was the first National Industry Park to be approved by the Central Government in 1992. SND specializes in high tech, medical, automotive and industrial technology. Besides manufacturing, SND fosters excellent R&D institutes including top notch R&D in their Suzhou Science and Technology Town (SSTT) and the first “Jiangsu Medpark Accelerator” was also created in SND and specializes in innovation for medical devices (see www.medpark.net.cn/en/)”
